As from 1st July 2011, Photomart will introduce a minimum order value of £50 (plus vat) on all purchases. This includes orders placed online, over the telephone, over the counter, by mail, e-mail, fax or Skype. Delivery charges for orders between the values of £50 and £150 will not be affected and orders over £150 will remain exempt from delivery charges (UK only, excluding Northern Ireland)…

26th January 2011, Home Secretary Theresa May has announced that she will ask the government to replace the controversial Section 44 stop-and-search powers with more limited rules “to prevent the misuse of these powers against photographers”
This may be the breakthrough photographers across the UK have been waiting for but initial opinion suggests it is just a clever way to get around the European Court of Human Rights ruling that section 44 was illegal, we shall have to wait and see….
