03 December 2012, London. DNP has announced today that the release of the MAC 10.8 (Mountain Lion) & Windows 8 drivers for their range of DS printers has been delayed until early February 2013. The delay is due to the untimely death of one of DNP’s key driver development staff in the US.
DNP Photo Imaging Europe has apologised to DS printer users for the delay and has given their assurance that everything is being done to ensure the release of the new drivers in February.

Not sure what the problem is. I upgraded from Lion to Mountain Lion and the printer carried on working. No issue with drivers anyway for me.
Hi Simon. Thanks for your comment and you are absolutely correct, users have reported that the updated drivers for Mac OS 10.8 are required only when you install the drivers from scratch. Seeing as your drivers were already installed when you upgraded to 10.8, you, and the majority of other users, have not encountered any problems.
Well that may be for MAC Users, but upgrading to Win8 leaves the DS unusable and as I moved from 8-cartridge ink jet to dye sub (customers couldn’t tell the difference) am now unable to print example and preview images.
